Dear Mr Barroso, José,

it was a great pleasure to read your flattering terms about our strong country, Hungary!

You were absolutely right! The whole of Hungary deserves your warm words as we are in a middle of a ground-breaking revolution, a heavy war, and we will not get on our knees just because some ignorant bureaucrat from the 24th floor of a modern office building in Bruxelles wants us to do so.

Yes, you were right in saying that our National Bank needs to be closely controlled by us, our unique and strong Government.

Yes, you were right to say, that our method of negotiating with the IMF has a certain fashion.

Yes, you were right in saying that the European legislation has to be reinforced and updated to reach such level of accuracy as ours. As you could see in the newspapers, our parliament works day and night, but mainly night to have all new regulations voted and sorted out as quickly as possible, without annoying and disturbing our people's everyday work.

Let me emphasize once again, that we really appreciate your compliments, and we will definately keep going on this way to prove that we are worth of your trust. This is why we will not change our working methods and approach, and this is why we, Hungary, we trust in ourselves. 

José, I know what difficulties your country had to face in the past, and even today, finding the right bulls is difficult. We would be honoured if you could sometimes come to us to see what kind of bulls balls we have.
